Het programma is verdeeld in vijf delen, elk gericht op het opbouwen van een solide basis van financiële kennis.

Deel 1: Fundamenten van Accountancy

In de eerste training duik je in de fundamenten van boekhouding, budgettering en financiële communicatie. Je leert over effectieve budgetkenmerken, de boekhoudcyclus, financieel risico en het opstellen van financiële overzichten.

Deel 2: Financiële Overzichten en Kostenbeheer

Het volgende deel richt zich op het begrijpen van belangrijke financiële overzichten en het implementeren van kostenbeheerstrategieën. Je gaat aan de slag met de resultatenrekening, kasstroomoverzicht en balans, evenals financiële analyse technieken en mogelijkheden voor kostenbeheersing.
